Parents must complete their student's annual Data Confirmation through the Aeries Parent Portal, which opens Monday, August 10th. There are several steps to complete during the Data Confirmation process. Please complete each section in order to ensure your information is successfully submitted.
New Insurance Information Section
This year, Aeries includes a new Insurance Information section. Please use the following guidance when completing this step:
Click "Add Insurance."
Complete all fields marked with a red asterisk (*), as these are required.
If your student does not have insurance, select "None" for the insurance company. You will still need to select an insurance type and enter an effective date. You may use today's date as the effective date.
Continue through each step of the Data Confirmation process until you reach the final confirmation screen.
